Other than the lack of fingernails, I see nothing to be down about. I especially love the highlights in her hair! I'm good when coloring in Photoshop with my tablet, but I could never quite seem to get hair to look right with a pencil.

Ah, I'm not familiar with the character (never played Mass Effect before), it just looked like she was wearing gloves with the fingers cut off. In light of that, I got nothing but praise for this one!
